How to use:
Start by taking the Brow Powder smudger out of the powder chamber and in a back and forth motion, apply a bit of background colour to the head of the brow and throughout the brow.
Using the flat side of the Brow Pencil, line the edges of the brow to create definition; focusing mainly on the arch and tails.
Finally, set the brow hairs in place with the Waterproof Tinted Brow Gel using the micro applicator brush for precise application.
